You must be 21 years old.
You must have a valid driving license authorizing you to drive the type of vehicle you want to rent.
Learners' Licenses are not accepted.
You must provide a valid address proof in original, including an Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or Passport (Do check the terms section below vehicle as it will be the final terms that need to be followed regarding ID proof and other things). The same shall be deposited at the time of pickup and returned to you after you drop it off.
Copy of Driving License. We don't provide vehicles on Learner's Licenses.
We may deny the booking if you fail to produce the documents at the pickup time per the terms. No refund will be given in such a case.
Unlimited kilometers (Except where specifically mentioned)

Safety kit.
Use of vehicle 24x7 till drop-off time.
Roadside assistance services on demand. You need to call our support to avail of the support.
Fuel is totally on you. You will get the vehicle with a full tank, and you have to return it with a full tank or take our vehicle with complimentary fuel to reach the nearest fuel station.
Additional passengers are allowed to you with no extra charges. However, if he/she also intends to drive during your rent-out period, a copy of the valid driving license must be provided to us at the time of pickup.
The user is authorized to inspect and test drive the vehicle before taking it. After the user declares the vehicle satisfactory, no claim will be accepted against any physical or mechanical damage. The user must bear all the damages with genuine bike spares.
Availability of the vehicle is subject to serviceability and any other unforeseen circumstances.
The user should reach the pickup location 10 min earlier for documentation and paper works.
You will be provided with a fully serviced vehicle.
You must properly check out the vehicle before leaving our rental locations.
You must report to us as soon as possible in case of failure. Please, note that No (R) No roadside assistance is applicable for vehicles driven beyond city limits. Such vehicles are wholly the rider's responsibility, and any failures must be made good at the hirer's expense.
You take full responsibility for maintaining the serviceability of the vehicle. You will solely bear any damages to the vehicle during your rental period.
In case of any unfortunate accident leading to the death of the renter, you permit our partners and us to recover any damages to the vehicle from your legal heirs/ next of kin.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Any smoking marks on our vehicles/ accessories shall be made good with original parts/ accessories.
You cannot use our vehicles for towing or pulling any other vehicle. Such abuse shall be chargeable with a fine of INR 5000.
A motorcycle tank is not to be used to carry luggage. In the case of more bags, please ask for luggage racks. Damage to the paint shall be chargeable with a fine of INR 2000.
You must follow all the traffic rules while driving. In case of any negligence, Rentrun will not be liable. The hirer himself will pay all the challans.
Rentrun will not be liable to any consequences if the hirer is driving under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs. In Case of an accident under the influence of alcohol or drug, the hirer has to pay the damage charges.
Drive under the speed limit. Don’t forget we are tracking your ride and speed. There is a fine of INR 1000/- every time you violate the speed limit of 90 Kmph. If you want to take the motorcycle for racing or sports, kindly talk with our sales team who shall assist you with the same.
You should always wear a helmet while riding. You cannot use our bikes for racing purposes without our written permission. Rentrun may impose a penalty of Rs 25,000/- for such vehicle abuse.
You are also not allowed to make any stunts, such as wheelie, stop pie, burnout, etc. using our rental vehicle. A penalty of Rs 35,000/- is payable if you are found to be involved in such abuse of our bikes.
Scooters are not allowed for outstations.
All the bookings from Rentrun depend on the availability of the Vehicles. if not We will refund your entire booking amount if we cannot fulfil your booking owing to situations beyond our control. The same shall reflect in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
We are committed to creating a cohesive and user-friendly environment for everyone availing our services.
It has been observed that a few people behave rudely toward support representatives and harass them for undue Advantages. Rentrun is strict for such people and shall not extend any support under any circumstances, and their account will be marked inactive and will be blocked from reaching out to us.
You need to pay a fully refundable security deposit at the time of pick up only. You must check the amount required for security deposits when making a booking. Failure to comply with our security deposit requirements may force us to deny the booking. Please be aware that no refund is applicable in this case.
You must rebook your vehicle. You can log in to your account and rebook the vehicle. Any rebooking after the drop-off time shall attract the penalty as per Rentrun terms. Thus, you are advised to rebook your vehicle before completing your trip.
The trip extension depends on the bike's availability and prevailing rates.
You must return the vehicle at the assigned time in fully serviceable condition at the same dealer location mentioned in the Booking/invoice. Any damages or failures will be charged up to the amount to make a vehicle serviceable using genuine spare parts.
We offer a lag of 1 hour from the trip end time (Not applicable for customers taking the vehicles hourly, where late returns will not be accepted. Afterwards, Rs 1000 plus double the hourly charges will be payable by you. It is always better to extend your trip in advance by logging in to your account.
You must drop the vehicle at the same location from where you picked it up.
You can’t leave or abandon the vehicles without the written permission of Rentrun or its authorized business partners. There is a fine of up to a full security deposit, and legal action will be taken against you.
You are also not permitted to give the vehicle other than authorized riders during your rent-out period.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on Rentrun vehicles. If any signs/ burns are found on the vehicle or accessories, the user shall be liable to pay a fine amounting to INR 500 plus the total cost of replacement of spare/ accessory.
The user must return the vehicle in a clean condition. An additional cleaning fee of up to INR 200 is applicable if the vehicle is returned in a dirty condition.
No refund if customers return the vehicle early from their drop time.
There may be servicing due during your rent-out period, for which you will be notified at the time of pickup. We will reimburse the charges for such servicing at the time of drop-off, subject to the production of the original bill/invoice.
For hourly rentals, minimum billing of 5 hours is applicable.
In case of vehicle damage due to accidents, you are liable to pay the total amount to make the vehicle serviceable.
You have to pay the per-day rental until the vehicle shall be available for rent again.
In case of theft, the full value of a new vehicle after deducting vehicle insurance claim reimbursement.
In case of loss of helmet, you are to pay Rs. 1500.
All the traffic challans/ penalties for violation of traffic rules are the sole responsibility of the rider and must be paid off to traffic authorities.
25% will be deducted for bookings cancelled 4 Days before pick-up time. For bookings cancelled between 4 Days - 1 Day, a 50% refund will be applicable. No refund shall be applicable for bookings cancelled 1 Day - 0 hrs. or after pick up time.
No refund for Cash on Pick-Up Bookings.
100% refund, if Rentrun can't provide the bike due to unforeseen circumstances or the bike develops any qualitative problems.
The user must raise a support ticket to request a refund elaborating on the cause. We honor most cases. However, the refund may take 3 - 5 business days to be processed into your bank or card.
Visitor or customers [hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Customer”, as the case may be] accessing online booking services through www.rentrun.in or associated sub-domains and web pages [hereinafter referred to as the “website”] agree that they are above 18 years of age while booking a vehicle or test ride or availing any products and services offered through the website. The users also agree that they possess a valid driving license to avail a test ride or purchase a vehicle for riding.
The website offers features to book a vehicle online and scheduling a test ride for a vehicle, which by law has minimum age criteria of 18 years. Additional features and services such as e-KYC, online insurance, online finance, completing the vehicle purchase by making online payment, or any other features and services being or to be offered through website(s) or third-party agencies or vendors, by law will have minimum age criteria of 18 years. RENTRUN expects the data provided by the user to be correct and in good faith for the transactions. RENTRUN reserves the right to refuse the offered service/product or terminate the service/transaction at any point of time if any User (old or new) are found to have misrepresented or misused the website or any feature of the website.
User agrees that this website is an online platform to browse products, request for a test ride at a dealership, book a product online at a dealership, complete vehicle e-KYC, purchase insurance, opt for financing, make payment for purchase online and associated features, which may be periodically enhanced, amended, corrected to improve customer experience. User warrants that he/she is not disseminating malicious code or deploying bots to the website. The user is responsible for ensuring their browser / operating system is up-to-date and free from viruses.
The User shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, credibility, validity of any information submitted via the website or any documents uploaded via the website. RENTRUN shall not be responsible for verifying the information submitted or documents uploaded. RENTRUN shall forward the information to the respective dealership / third party vendors (including but not limited to financier, insurer, payment gateway service provider etc.) and/or government departments for processing the transactions. Any liability arising out of false information or fake documents shall be the responsibility of the User and the User shall be liable for any loss or damages arising out of the same. Further, the User shall indemnify RENTRUN or its associated partners against any losses or liabilities incurred by RENTRUN or its associated partners in the event of such losses or liabilities arising out of any false information / undertaking or fake documents.
RENTRUN provides a platform for online transactions between customer and dealership through payment gateway partner. All payments that are made through the website goes directly to the respective Dealership as selected by the customer, and not to RENTRUN. Customer’s Confidential Payment information (such as bank account number/ card number etc.) is retained by the payment gateway and not shared with either Dealership or RENTRUN
Any ancillary third-party services such as purchase of insurances, proposal and application for loan, survey and installation services, if any, shall be executed by respective third-party agencies/ vendors and not by the dealership. The dealership acts solely as a payment and delivery coordination agency. The dealership’s role is limited to the physical sale of the 2-wheeler vehicle to the customer on the basis of verification of the customer’s documents submitted for purchase and receipt of payment for the transaction.
The Customer shall be free to opt out of any third-party services or to not avail any such third-party services. The Customer may choose to change any third-party service provider at the time of renewal of such service, wherever applicable.
RENTRUN providing the website as a service to make the Dealer-customer experience smoother and easier.
While we take utmost care to provide most accurate information to our users on the website, RENTRUN does not warrant that product / vehicle names, description, prices, images or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, updated, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard. The user shall validate the exact product specifications and associated information by visiting the selected dealership in person.
The product information and details provided on the website is for personal, non-commercial use only.
RENTRUN, provides a platform for customers to view products, request for a test ride, book a product online and associated features, which may get enhanced and amended regularly for improved customer experience and for removal of any defects from time to time.
It is mandatory to provide One Time Password (OTP) verified mobile number and OTP verified email address while making online booking. Verified mobile number and email ID are required for important communication from RENTRUN, your selected dealership and our authorized third-party partners such as insurance and finance services that you may choose to avail of.
While booking online, it is mandatory for a customer to agree to provide acceptable documents as identity proof and local address proof pertaining to the selected city for the purpose of RTO registration. If the customer fails to provide acceptable identity and address proof documents, the customer shall be intimated by the dealership and the dealership may cancel the booking. In the event of cancellation, the cancellation charges as displayed on cancellation page shall be applicable.
Booking shall be deemed as made/ effective only upon receipt of specified booking amount paid by the customer through the online payment mode.
During online booking, if booking amount is deducted by the customer’s issuer bank but it is not received by the payment service provider, customer’s booking shall remain pending until the payment is received. Failure to receive the payment will result into cancellation of pending booking and if any money is deducted from the customer’s account, it would get refunded in 7 working days through the same mode of payment used during booking. In such cases, customers can book a vehicle online again or visit dealership physically.
On request of dealership or RENTRUN, customer shall produce the booking details sent to their email address and mobile number registered on the website for the purpose of processing the booking.
The Payment of the booking amount for a vehicle, and the final amount (comprising of any third-party services availed by the customer online) shall be made via the selected Payment Gateway. There might be additional payment (towards offline purchases or any differential amount during the final invoice) to be made directly by the customer to the dealership, as applicable. The amount for the selected vehicle would be displayed in the product details prior to making online payment.
The payments made by customers for online booking are credited by payment gateway service provider to the selected dealership directly, after deducting gateway charges and applicable taxes.
The payments made by the customers for online booking are adjusted in final net amount of the vehicle at the time of making final payment to the selected dealership.
The Payment Gateway shall have discretion to charge a specified fee for this service and RENTRUN or its dealership holds no responsibility for any such charges levied by the Payment Gateway.
While booking a vehicle online, if money is deducted from customer’s account and booking is not confirmed due to any technical or unforeseen reasons, the money deducted shall usually get refunded within 7 working days in same mode of payment used during booking. If the refund is not processed by the issuer bank, customer shall be required to follow up with their bank directly with the payment details shared through email by the payment gateway partner.
RENTRUN, dealerships and its partner service providers do not receive and shall not store the payment details including debit/credit card details or net banking details of the customer submitted through the payment gateway provided on the website.
Customer shall be allowed to change a booked vehicle to any other vehicle, as available, within the same dealership where they made the original booking. Customer can change a booked vehicle only until they make final payment to the dealership.
When the final payment has been made by the customer to the selected dealership, either online or physically at dealership, no modification / change in the booked vehicle shall be permitted.
In case the booking amount for a changed vehicle is higher than the originally booked vehicle, customer shall be required to make the additional payment online, i.e. the positive difference between the booking amount of new vehicle and already booked vehicle, to confirm the modification of the booking.
Only upon receipt of the additional payment by the selected dealership and upon e-mail confirmation of the modification of the booking to the customer, the original booking shall stand amended.
In case the booking amount for a changed vehicle is lower than the originally booked vehicle, the difference amount shall be adjusted by the selected dealership at the time of final n payment.
Customers can cancel a vehicle booked until they make final payment to the dealership. When the final payment has been made by the customer to the selected dealership, either online or physically at dealership, no cancellation shall be permitted.
On cancellation of a successful booking, a cancellation charge shall be levied. The cancellation charge would depend on the selected vehicle and would be displayed at the time of booking as well as during cancellation of a booking. RENTRUN and its dealerships reserves the right to revise the cancellation charges without prior notice or communication.
Booking cancellations made within 89 days from the date of booking, would get auto refunded through the online system in same mode of payment used for booking after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
In the event of booking cancellation within 89 days from the date of booking, the refund is usually processed within 7 working days by the issuer bank in the same mode of payment as used while making a booking. If the refund is not processed by the issuer bank, customer shall follow up with their bank directly with the details shared through email by the payment gateway partner.
If the customer seeks to cancel the booking after 89 days from the date of booking, refund shall be manually processed by the dealership and customer shall be required to follow up directly with the selected dealership at which the Booking was made. In such situation, refund shall be given manually by the Dealership and shall not be processed through the online system or under the terms and conditions herein, save and except for cancellation charges.
Test rides may be available to schedule online at select dealerships for the convenience of the customer. The test ride so scheduled is not a contractual commitment and the dealership may at its sole discretion decide to deny or cancel the test ride scheduled without assigning any reason.
Customer shall be required to visit dealership for inspection and verification of original documents required for registration after uploading KYC documents on the website. The same may be required for loan approval or other third-party services/products availed. The dates, if scheduled, are not contractual commitments and may be changed or rescheduled by the dealership at its sole discretion.
The prices displayed on the website at the time of booking are subject to change. Customer may make the balance payment online or directly to the selected dealership as applicable on the date and time of the invoice. Balance payment receivable is on-road price post deduction of booking amount paid and finance amount adjusted for the amount approved / received from the financer.
If customer applies for finance through any offline financers, customer shall submit the finance sanction letter directly to selected dealership, upon receipt of approval at dealership, customer shall make the final payment online or directly to dealership.
The final invoice shall reflect the actual prices/ charges as on the date of the invoice i.e. the ex-showroom price, the insurance charges, the finance charges (for loan, if any), the applicable RTO registration, smart card charges, Govt. subsidies (implicit or explicit), if applicable, handling charges or other optional costs and their respective taxes.
The final invoice will be generated by the dealership upon receipt of the final payment equal to on-road price of the vehicle. customer shall make the payment for any differential amount arising due to revision in vehicle prices or any other extra-ordinary, unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
Any difference between amount paid by customer and amount invoiced by Dealership through the final invoice shall be made good by the customer or the Dealership, as the case may be. The amount mentioned on the final invoice shall be treated as final and the Dealership shall reserve the right to deliver the vehicle only upon receipt of the final payment as per final invoice.
RENTRUN reserves the right to make changes in the product, including the withdrawal of a product from the market, without prior intimation to the Customer. The customer is free to change his/her selection to any other available product at the selected dealership, or cancel the booking.
The central government (FAME-II) and state subsidy benefits, if any, as applicable for an eligible vehicle and/or eligible customer, as submitted and claimed by RENTRUN or its authorized dealership, as per respective government guidelines, shall be adjusted at the time of customer invoice, subject to receipt of approvals from respective government departments.
The customer shall provide an undertaking with regard to eligibility towards FAME-II and/or state subsidy and declare upfront on his eligibility for subsidy as part of the documents for sale. Further the customer shall comply with the requirements of subsidy such as OTP verification of Aadhaar linked phone number and any other requirements as specified by Government of India / State Government for the purpose of subsidy. Failure to provide such documentation and required verification or rejection by the Government department of the said customer documentation shall result in removal of the subsidy amount in the sale price of the vehicle/ obligate the customer to refund the subsidy amount to the dealership.
Dealership has the right to reject the subsidy documents or take a no-interest refundable deposit against subsidy, refundable upon the approval of the subsidy by the respective government. Dealership has the right to demand payment of subsidy amount in full from the customer, in case the government rejects the subsidy and the dealership shall be entitled to receive the refund of the full subsidy amount from the customer. The government rejection against chassis number is adequate evidence of cause.
For the states where subsidies are to be claimed by the customer, the required documents shall be issued/provided by the Dealership during vehicle delivery and customer shall directly claim the benefits from the respective state government departments, as per the process defined by the respective State Government.
The registration of the booked vehicle shall take place from an RTO associated with the dealership selected by the customer and the customer shall need to travel to the dealership premises at their own expense for verification of documents and delivery of the vehicle.
The customer may opt for a manual booking process at their preferred dealership. If the customer chooses a manual process of booking, no online entry would be possible for that transaction and all the process would be done manually at the selected dealership. All transactions would need to be conducted by the customer directly with the dealer without the assistance or use of the online system. No details of offline transactions between customer and dealership will be available for the customers using online platform.
The Website allows you to book an appointment for the Company or its representatives to conduct a home inspection or a self-inspection by calling a representative of the Company or through the website (an ‘Appointment’). The actual sale price of the vehicle can only be evaluated and offered after a physical inspection of the vehicle by authorized evaluators of the Company. The Company always carries out a physical inspection of the vehicle before it conveys the intent to proceed with further transaction for arriving at a final sale price. Physical inspection of the vehicle involves a thorough inspection of the vehicle including all working components and features and which shall be the critical factors to arrive at a sale price of the vehicle, which may be offered by the Company accordingly (collectively, “Services”). Please note that ‘Services’ would include any other future services we may provide or propose to provide. You shall also be required to provide further details including the details of the Vehicle, which shall be done at the time of Appointment and before the carrying out of the physical inspection of the Vehicle.
The price offered by the Company shall be non-negotiable and subject to change only at the Company’s discretion.
