What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, netbanking and bank transfers. For corporate bookings we support invoicing and scheduled payments. Taxes and GST are clearly shown in the quote.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the booking type and lead time. Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deductions for any incurred expenses. Full policy details are provided at booking and in confirmation emails.
How do I make or modify a booking with RentRun?
You can book online via our quote form, call us, or message on WhatsApp. To modify bookings, contact support with your booking reference and we’ll update trip details subject to availability.
